Koay oversees all of Elken’s global operations to support its growth and increase the company’s profitability, which includes Regional Operations, Customer Service & Support, Outbound Call Center, Quality Management, Administration and New Country & Project initiatives. He has also successfully managed to maintain consistent operational expenditure for the last five years, despite the economic downturn, through organisation-wide process improvement initiatives.
Koay has over 12 years’ experience in the MLM industry. He joined Elken in 2006 and has served as Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing Elken’s technology infrastructure. He has a Bachelor of Science from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia.
